A 13-year-old San Bernardino County girl reported missing over the weekend was found apparently unharmed Tuesday in Las Vegas, and the 22-year-old Los Angeles County man traveling with her was in custody.

The Victorville teen was reported missing on Sunday, said a San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department spokesman and an Amver Alert was Issued.

A day later the paid was found in a van in a Las Vegas parking lot.

Ivan Lopez, 22 years old, is wanted on a 2009 warrant for a sex crime against a minor, Miller said.

Lopez is being held in a Las Vegas jail without bail.
