Lindsay Lohan Back In Jail: No Bail

Friday morning a California judge ordered Lindsay Lohan, 24, to jail where she will be held without bail until Oct. 22, when a formal probation hearing will take place. Judge Elden Fox revoked Lohan’s probation at a hearing Friday morning, held because Lohan tested positive for drugs, a violation of the terms of her probation stemming from a 2007 drunken driving conviction.

Lohan was handcuffed in court and taken away.

Last week Lohan tweeted, “Regrettably, I did in fact fail my most recent drug test and if I am asked, I am prepared to appear before judge Fox next week as a result.” The actress spent 23 days in a court-ordered drug rehab program last month, following a 13-day jail stint ordered for a previous probation violation.

Judge Fox had the option of granting bail, which would have allowed Lohan to remain free until the formal hearing, but she instead opted to remand the actress to immediate custody with no possibility of bail until the Oct. 22 hearing,

Reportedly Lohan teested positive for cocaine and meth.
