The judge also ordered to couple to stay away from the San Ysidro Ranch Inn and the Biltmore Hotel in Montecito.

After leaving the courtroom Wednesday afternoon, the couple said they love Santa Barbara and plan on returning, afterall, "we were married here."

On Monday, a Superior Court Judge had the pair arrested when they showed up in court, because a warrant had been issued two weeks ago for the couple's arrest.

The Quaid's each posted $100,000 bail late Monday afternoon and were released from jail. No additional charges were filed.

The two originally faced several felony charges for allegedly skipping out on a $10,000 bill at the San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito last year.

The couple did finally settle their outstanding bill of $10,000 with the San Ysidro Ranch.
