An alleged ill-timed potty break has landed a 43-year-old Virginbia man accused of robbing a Suffolk convenience store behind bars. Police found him urinating behind a Kangaroo Mart minutes after a clerk reported the store had been robbed Thursday night.

Police said the guy was carrying the stolen cash.

Almond was charged with one count of armed robbery. Charges of assault and urinating in public are pending.
Almond was being held at Western Tidewater Regional Jail without bail. It was not clear if he has an attorney.
