A 2 year-old baby is in the Sherman Oaks, California Burn Center suffering 3rd degree burns after her 23 year old mother and 41 year old father tortured her by holding her hands in scalding water and leaving her to agonize for 12 hours before taking her to the Marian Hospital in Santa Maria. California at 4:30 AM.

The pair has been arrested on various charges including torture, and are incarcerated in Santa Barbara County jail on $350,000 and $100,000 bail respectively. Another child has been placed in protective foster care.
