Three strikes and they’re still out. Quirky Actor Randy Quaid and wife Evi failed to show up in a Santa Barbara Court for the third time in as many days.to face charges of defrauding the San Ysidro Ranch Resort of $10,000 last year.

The judge issued additional arrest warrants for the scofflaw paid who were reported by their lawyer to be in Santa Barbara on Tuesday.
