A Santa Barbara judge has issued warrants for the rearrest of actor Randy Quaid and his wife Evi after they failed to show for a scheduled court appearances on Monday or Tuesday. The Quaids have become notorious for flaunting the law and courts.

The pair claim it has all been a scheduling mistake. They are charged with defrauding a local inkeeper out of a $10,000 bill.

Even in Santa Barbara where flaky celebrities are omnipresent this pair has become tedious.
