Actor Randy Quaid and wife Evi face more arrest warrants because they did not show for court yesterday. They are charged with defrauding a local resort by skipping on a $10,000 bill.

The judge forfeited their pair of $40,000 bail bonds.

Their attorney told the court it was all a misunderstanding over the court date and that they were at a meeting with the State Franchise Tax Board.

They will have another chance to appear today.
