A 20 year-old Ventura County, California man has been arrested for the grizzly murders of a 42 year old couple and their unborn baby and he is being held on $2.2 million bail in Ventura County jail on murder and robbery charges.

Wearing a motor cycle helmet the man is accused of entering the family’s beach house through an unlocked door and repeatedly stabbing the husband and his pregnant wife to death while a 9 and 11 year-old children were in the house.

Eleven months after the murders the man was linked to the crime by DNA evidence obtained at the scene of a local gas station robbery that he has been arrested for committing.

The accused triple murderer will appear in court Tuesday for the first time.
