Pittsburgh Steeler Quarterback Ben Roethelisberger will not be charged in the most recent and second allegation of sexual conduct. A Florida District Attorney says there is not enough evidence to charge the NFL player.

Reportedly both he and the girl involved had been drinking heavily before the alleged incident.

The NFL star was involved in another incident last year and no charges were filed then either. It is unclear whether there were financial motivations in either incident. But, clearly there was ample bad judgment.
