A 47 year-old homeless man with 45 prior arrests had his bail raised to $350,000 Tuesday on a charge he sexually assaulted a 61=year old woman at the Morristown, New Jersey train station.

The man is accused of wielding a cane over the woman and threatening her unless she performed a sex act.

The man has 12 known aliases and has previously been arrested 45 times, of which nearly half are for municipal court-level offenses. He has one conviction for allowing the sexual abuse of a child.

He most recently was in state prison for criminal mischief and eluding police
