A man attacked a 46-year old woman dressed as the Easter Bunny outside a Hudson Valley New York candy store..

The woman was outside the store promoting sales at the shop when a young man approached her and slammed her to the ground before fleeing.

The bunny basher is still on the loose and police are looking for witnesses and tips.

It's unclear what provoked attack.

Anyone with information about the incident is urged to call the Fishkill Police Department.
