Before a 46-year old man, swiped a handbag from a London pub he should have looked around. The theft was witnesses by upwards of 40 police officers, some in uniform, who were at that bar having a party for a fellow officer.

Not surprisingly, the thief didn't get far: being "rugby tackled" before he could even get to the door. For his dumb deed he was sentenced to 18 months community service and banned from Fulham Broadway pubs.
