A Lompoc, California man accused of the beating death of a 4-year old boy can also be tried for torturing an 18-month old baby a judge has ruled. This judge’s ruling sets aside another judge who forbade the torture case citing a 3-year statute of limitations. The man accused in both cases in being held on $3 million bail in Santa Barbara County Jail.

The man is being segregated for his own protection due to the vile nature of his alleged crimes against the two toddlers.
