A reportedly intoxicated 28-year old Lituanian man has been fined 600 pounds (a little more than $900) for attempting to club a female officer over the head with his penis.

She got out of the way and was not injured. The incident occurred when police responded to his apartment involving a complaint of his drinking.

The man admitted to a charge of assault at Aberdeen Sheriff Court and was fined

The court excused additional charges of using profane and sexually explicit language.

The man has been excused from teaching Sunday School for the foreseeable future.
