A 43-year old former Los Angeles County probation camp “teacher” has been arrested on allegations that he encouraged fights between juveniles during class.

The man stood guard, played lookout and referee while juvenile probationers he was supposed to be helping fought.

The former Department of Education employee is charged with six counts of child endangerment. He is in jail in lieu of $600,000 bail.
