A Ventura County judge lifted a gag order imposed in the murder of David Laut, a 1984 LA Olympic bronze medal winner. His widow has been charged with his murder - he was shot four times in the back of his head.

Jane Laut's lawyer says its was a metter of self-defense after a long history of abuse.
