A 56-year old Delaware pediatrician may be America’s most notorious pedophile. The male doctor has been indicted for molesting over 100 of his child patients and charged with 471 crimes including rape and sexual exploitation.

All except one victim were girls. He is awaiting trial having posted $2.9 million bail.
At the center of the case are 13 hours of video tape of his child victims being molested.

His attorney says his 6 foot, 225 pound client’s mental health is in question.

If convicted the doctor faces life inprison without the possibility of parole.
