Woman Held Without Bond on Lottery Winner Murder.

Dorice (DeeDee) Moore has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of Abraham Shakespeare, 47, who took a $17 million cash payout after he won $30 million in the Florida lottery. Shakespeare’s body was found buried under a concrete slab at her boyfriend’s house.

Moore, 37 had originally been charged with accessory after the fact in Moore's death and held on $1 million bond.

At a bail hearing on the new charges, she was ordered held without bond on murder charges.
Investigators said within four months of meeting Shakespeare, Moore had swindled him out of $3.5 million.

In April 2009, Shakespeare disappeared. He body was found last month five feet under a 30 by 30 concrete slab in Plant City at the home of Moore's boyfriend. He had been shot twice with a .38 caliber handgun.

Since her arrest, investigators said Moore has pointed the finger at several other people as the shooter, but thus far she is the only one who has been charged in the case.
