Mexico’s former President Vincente Fox Quesada blamed America’s insatiable appetite for illicit drugs for Mexico’s drug cartels and illegal drug industry. Also during last weekend’s visit to Santa Barbara he called for legalization of all drugs as a solution, and lambasted border security and said its most ardent supporters verged on criminality.
