Jane Laut, widow of Olympic Medalist Dave Laut and accused of murdering him, has a bail reduction hearing scheduled today in Ventura County, California Superior Court. She is charged with first degree murder and her bail is set at $3 million.
She has been held in jail since her arrest a few days ago for the murder last August. Her lawyer says the fatal shooting was self-defense.
